Our Small Batch Straight Rye Whiskey consists of about twenty barrels, hand-selected by our distillers, and combined together. This is bottled at 96 proof. This high rye mash bill of our small batch preserves the grain’s distinct spice, even after years of age in our Wisconsin rack house. Caramel and chocolate notes from the malt round out this carefully-formulated batch.
