As with all of Widow Jane Distillery’s older bourbons, the spirit that aged in these barrels carries a wide range of flavors, including Rich, Vanilla, Wood, Fruit, Complex Because of the barrels’ age, the flavors you can draw from aging will be more mellow and complex than younger used bourbon barrels.
Tennessee - All barrels, aged at least 15 Years, are bottled by hand at cask strength and each will vary in taste, so prepare for a rich and complex liquid at peak point of maturation in every bottle.

A mellow, approachable Tennessee Sour Mash whisky, selected for it’s smooth-sipping character. A balanced whisky with aromas of light caramel and wood. A warm vanilla finish with hints of maple and buttered corn. On the nose you get lots of oak, light caramel, and vanilla. There’s a little baking spice in there… cloves or nutmeg.
